Okay. I really like spicy food, and I like this one.
The product matches the description, bought as a gift; this is the second massager of this type. The first one that came from Poland was damaged and was returned, unfortunately the return process through UPS was not satisfactory, taking over a week for the courier to pick it up. I do not recommend it, but the second one I bought works without any issues; the first one was faulty, probably I got a defective one, but I still highly recommend it.
Very good product but unfortunately received a dented box.
Something does move, but I don't know if it's really that cool... I bought it after seeing reviews that said it would fit well for people with thin necks, but I think it would be better for people with thicker necks...

My spouse usually has a lot of muscle tension in the back of the neck and has a cervical disc, so I bought this for them, and they said it's cool and doesn't hurt.

The equipment arrives in a few days. The box has a dent on the side, but fortunately it does not affect the product. It does affect another item (2 pocket mirrors).
